Dr. Karina Zaygermakher is our general and cosmetic dentist. She provides all dental services and enjoys helping patients beautify their smiles with cosmetic dentistry. She has completed over 10,000 cosmetic dentistry cases. Our implant surgeon, Dr. Joseph Blum, is highly accomplished in implant and full-mouth rehabilitation surgery and is a Fellow of the American Association of Implant Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology.
We have the latest technology and have a full-service, top-of-the-line dental laboratory onsite staffed by 10 technical specialists. All tooth restorations are created right in our office, which means your new crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and implant-supported teeth are of the highest quality, correctly fitted, and there is no waiting for an outside lab to create and ship them.

Full-Teeth Replacement With All-on-X in One Day
We provide upper and lower teeth replacement using the All-on-X procedure, which utilizes the best available bone and angled implants for maximum stability. Dr. Blum places four implants per arch and occasionally for extra stability he will place five or six.
If there is severe bone loss, Dr. Blum can use zygomatic implants to support the new teeth. Zygomatic implants are long implants that are anchored in the zygoma (cheekbone). This avoids months of bone grafting or sinus lifts and allows patients to get full-mouth teeth replacement when previously they have been told they are not candidates.
Beautiful, new teeth
On the same day as your implant surgery (including any extractions), you’ll walk out with new teeth made of nanoceramic, a durable, high-gloss ceramic infused with acrylic giving the teeth extra flexibility, which is necessary while the implants are healing. Once the implants have fully healed, you’ll get natural-looking and strong zirconia teeth, designed by Dr. Karina to enhance your facial features.
